When holiday stress sets in and you find yourself in a dinner bind, what do you make? Lately, I've been turning to thin-crust pizzas; they're a no-brainer back pocket meal when prepared with pre-made pizza dough and leftover ingredients pulled from the fridge. My latest success story was a thin-crust version topped with pancetta, pecorino, green onions, parsley, and a soft-cooked egg.
